Fix VS2008 issues with library name (was zstdlib.dll)
We cannot simply rename zstdlib.dll and zstdlib.lib to

libzstd.dll and libzstd.lib respectively because the
.lib embeds the .dll name in it.
Instead the library is renamed from the get-go.
