PART V: COMMUNICATION PLAN FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LDM

AUDIENCE KEY MESSAGES COMMUNICATION TIMELINE

MEDIA/ PLATFORM

Learners Learning continues despite of pandemic to TV/ Radio/Social August 2020-

secure the future of the present generation. Media/Modular approach April 2021
Through the chosen LDM, learning process
takes place outside the conventional face to
face instruction in the classroom. Due to the
threat of Covid 19, learning will realize
through Modular Distance Learning (MDL).

Parents Parents play vital role in realizing the learning TV/ Radio/ Flyers/ Text August 2020-
process in “new normal education”. Through and call via phone April 2021
their assistance, the learners will bridge the gap
of education from their respective homes.
Parents will provide basic care and guidance
towards the good behavior and general
development of their children. They will keep
the school staff and teachers informed of their
children's progress and significant events that
may affect their children's learning. In addition,
they understand the needs of their children and
play an active role in helping schools to
interpret responses from the public.

Teachers Teachers as one of the key players in Social Media August 2020-
educational system design, create, provide, and Telephone April 2021
assess appropriate learning materials to Formal
learners. In the Modular Distance Learning Meetings/conferences
(MDL) scheme, teachers will implement the
courses based on the student centered learning
process. Students should feel the responsibility
of learning and afterwards consult teacher for
queries. Therefore; teacher will provide
concrete time, place and opportunities of
interaction other than face to face
communication. Teachers will give the proper
feedback to the students and help them to
interrelate the subjects. In addition to this,
teachers should guide for finding the fields of
the students.

Community Education is a collective responsibility; Social Media August 2020-

Stakeholders Community support is critical in the LDM Townhall April 2021
implementation. The stakeholder will serve as Flyers
the backbone support to any innovations and Text and call via phone
activities of the school to carry out the
objective of the institution to cater learning in
the “new normal”.  Community-based learning
is also motivated by the belief that all
communities have intrinsic educational assets
that teachers can use to enhance learning
experiences for students, so stakeholders are
necessarily involved in the process.
