In this podcast by Sam Harris, “Can we pull back from the brink,” he has commented on

different aspects of US politics, civil order, and race that seem pathetic to him. My opinion on
this podcast is that racism is a problem that should be noticed and communicated upon. Many
incidents are by and large observed that mainstream the problem of racism and civil unrest in the
US mainly during the election campaigns. So, there should be a proper mechanism that would
uphold the law and order in the country. Moreover, I am not agreed with Sam’s take on Trump
being altogether detrimental to democracy. Rather he took several steps that aggravated
misinformation in the administration leading to the disoriented information nationwide. So, to
avoid that destabilized information there should be a proper communication channel where
people and government officials can come and have dialogues and conversations. Because
healthy public opinion can lead to burgeoning democratic consolidation.
