- Dull percussion note - Venflon (IV Antibiotics)
- Bronchial breathing
- Coarse crackles +/- pleural rub
- Central trachea

ABG to assess hypoxia antibiotics as appropriate
CT chest if diagnosis unclear +/- +/- Oxygen
tumour markers +/- NIV
Sputum culture
Legionella and Pneumococcal testing
Consider HIV testing if atypical
pneumonia
