What does customer service mean to you?

In my experience, good customer service involves taking responsibility


when something goes wrong and doing what you can to make it right.
For example, on a recent flight, I had pre-ordered my meal only to
discover they didn’t stock enough of my dish. Instead of simply stating the
facts, the flight attendant apologized sincerely and offered me a free drink
or premium snack. To me, this apology went a long way in smoothing
things over. The freebie was a bonus that made me feel valued as a
customer and choose the same airline for my next flight
21. Tell me about your work experience
I have more than10 years of experience in computer science so, As a Data
Analyst, I’ve used visual growth charts to show my clients how each
saving plan option can impact their goals. I've designed and developed a
lot of data systems and databases, that producing reports, Spotting
patterns, and setting up infrastructure. I've created logistic regression
models and Multivariate Regression-based Attribution Models &
Segmentation models, to develop an additive scoring models I've the
ability to Collaborating with the IT staff, and the leaders of any company
to identify and develop policies for data governance.
As a Data Architect, I've had the privilege to lead a great team of 5 people,
which was responsible for translating business requirements into technical
specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations,
databases, data warehouses, and Database Manipulation of the Financial
Databases across 7 different Regions. I've Developed Programming
Systems that mimic brain functions using Deep Learning libraries &
Platforms (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras). I've Created NLP models for
Sentiment Analysis & MapReduce modules for predictive analytics to
establish the Data Science division from scratch by recruiting, on-boarding
& training all team members.
As a Data consultant I've had the privilege to lead a great team of AI
experts & Big Data consultants who are helping enterprises to leverage the
data they are collecting & discovering new opportunities to develop
products and innovate faster with AI and big data technologies and boost
business outcomes with customized solutions. We've Helped companies
move into the AI and machine learning-powered age with tailor-made
solutions as well as with Digital Transformation consulting. Furthermore
we've Develop AI-driven services to enable companies to take full
advantage of the gathered data, by introducing an AI Consulting, which
give companies valuable business insights that will lead to the
