I The ACADEMIA MUSICA of Vienna is pleased to announce a call for submissions

for the ″2. International Composer Prize″ (for musicians and composers of all ages and
nationalities).

II All entries must be received no later than August 12, 2021.

III The competitionʼs personal dana, CV and the piece (with Title and composers name)
must be submitted in PDF – Format and send to:
academia.musica.competition@gmail.com

IV The results of the competition will be published on the August 16, 2021.

CATEGORIES (COMPOSITION ): No Age Limit

1. CAT. – Solo Instruments or voices (without piano)- ; with a maximum duration of 15

minutes

2. CAT. – Piano Solo- ; with a maximum duration of 15 minutes

3. CAT. – Ensemble-; 2 to 11 musician; with a maximum duration of 15 minutes

4. CAT. – Wind Orchestra

5. CAT. - Orchestra

The entry fee is 50€ for 1st piece and 30 Euro for 2nd piece. 10 Euro for 3rd piece.

PRIZES:

1° CLASS. (95-100 points) – 200 Euro, World Premiere and 1st Prize diploma

2° CLASS. (90 - 94,99 points) - 2nd Prize diploma

3° CLASS. (85 - 89,99 points) - 3rd Prize diploma

The Absolute Winner for each Category is the competitor who gained the highest score,
but not less than 98/100. - For the 1st Absolute Prize: Prize of 500 Euros, World
Premiere and Diploma.
