day im here to present to you about contracts in the aviation industry during Covid-19. My presentation
is divided into 2 parts: reality and solution. And I will tell about the contracts of status in
the aviation industry during Covid 19.

First, let me tell about the real status of the aviation industry in the covid-19 ( slide 4)

As you all know, The spread of the new coronavirus has caused passenger demand to drop, forcing
airlines to put planes in the parking lot instead of flying. ( slide 5)

After the virus attack, airlines also became more cautious. This resulted in fewer flights to choose from,
and fewer seats on board ( slide 6)

The corona virus has delayed the operations of the airline industry, affecting contracts (slide 8)

Firstly, “ contract for lease of aircraft by period ” : the rents before and after covid 19 will also change,
affecting the original contract

Secondly, “contracts with service providers : food production “ : because of the covid 19, the number of
passengers is not much, or even not

=> this affects the contract signed with the supplier of the goods in terms of the number of applications
for food that have been placed ( slide 9)

Thirly, “ contract with empoyees “ : due to the serious situation of Covid 19 in many countries, the
aviation industry is required to suspend operations. This affects the terms of a previously signed
contract with employees.

Finally, “ freight contract ” : as the corona virus appeared, the air routes were frozen, resulting in
delayed air traffic.

Therefore, the aviation unit will have to break or adjust the contract to be reasonable with the time of
covid ongoing. (slide 10)
