BSN-2 / REFLECTION #2

While there are many more functions to good management, the four basic
functions of management that should be regarded the most important are
planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Effective management
necessitates the capacity to balance each of the four tasks simultaneously.
Consider the four functions as a step-by-step procedure.
Each of these steps builds on the previous one, in which managers must first
plan, then lead others in implementing the plan, and lastly analyze the strategy's
effectiveness. A solid business plan will teach you how to correctly establish
business goals and strategies for attaining them, which is the most important
job of management.
