Leah: It is common for people to experience several stages of adjustment including shock, stress and

hopelessness after losing a home. Less tangibly, you lose your primary place of comfort, the place you go
for safety, respite, and rejuvenation. Losses of such magnitude can’t help but affect people in significant
ways, and the more you know about reactions to loss, the better able you are to weather the inevitable
period of grieving and readjustment. Ultimately, however, people can reach a stage of acceptance and
become able to move beyond disbelief and sadness.
Nice: With the recent heartbreaking incident involving our beloved home, Timber City Academy, we have
held to the passion of serving our customers with nothing but the best. As proof, we all would like to
welcome you on today’s affair.
Nice: To the Timber City Academy Board of Trustees headed by Sir Pai Yu Chou, our TCA School Principal
Dr. Aida C. Abad, coordinators of each department and teachers, good afternoon! Welcome to the General
Faculty Meeting for the S.Y. 2021-2022.
Leah: I am Leah Jean Villegas.
Nice: I am Kimberly Nice Magallano and we are your masters of ceremony for this meeting.
Leah: To formally begin this gathering, an invocation will come through and be followed by the singing of
the national anthem and TCA Hymn.
Nice: To give her opening remarks, let us hear from our TCA Faculty President, Mrs. Elymajyzeth Ocaňa.
Leah: For the Recognition of Participants, we have Mrs. Pryci Tibe—Preschool Dept. Coordinator.
Nice: To shell out the Purpose of the Meeting, let me call Ma’am Mrs. Archie Lumantas—Primary Dept.

Leah: The reports of the recently held orientation of parents and students will be discussed by each
coordinator of every department.
Nice: Today, we are blessed to hear a message from the Board of Trustees. (?)
Leah: This time let us hear a message from the Division Personnel. (?)

Nice: We thank everyone for gracing today’s important affair most especially the Board of Trustees headed
by Sir Pai Yu Chuo. It has been clearly proven how much you have cared for us during this hardship. Our
hearts are warm with the love you have shown for being here. Rest assured that we are with you in
promoting the TCA’S mission and vision to providing quality education.
Leah: Rest assured that your investment in us will be all worth it. Together, we will welcome our customers
with the bigger, higher and stronger Timber City Academy!
