Brief Background of Barangay:

Barangay NU (Level 3 Pharmacy) belongs to the 551 M.F Jhocson St, Sampaloc,
Manila. As of midyear of 2020, according to the statistical report of Program
Chair of Pharmacy department there are 54 3 rd year level individuals living in the
community. The surveyed total population of the nursing students who conducted
a Community Health Nursing in Barangay NU (Level 3 Pharmacy) as of May
2021 are 54 individuals which composed of level 3 pharmacy this is caused by
growth population size. The large number of households are majority Single
house in type. The total voting age population of the barangay is 16 out of 54.
Singles are the largest number than married, widowed, separated, live in and
divorced in terms of civil status. 41 of the whole community is Roman Catholic, 3
is Iglesia ni Cristo, 5 is Born-Again Christian and the remaining group of
community fill up “others”, means that the majority of the population are Roman
Catholic. Barangay NU (Level 3 Pharmacy) most of them the highest educational
attainment completed majority is College undergraduate and they seek to
nearest medical treatment in Private hospital/clinic and their areas has electricity
the community it led to the invention of labor-saving both work and home and
changed to their productivity in the households. The majority of Barangay NU
(Level 3 Pharmacy) are not members of PhilHealth, and in terms of income the
majority of them have only the average monthly income, which is due to the
pandemic they have different challenges to overcome.
