This Business student was asked to write about the process of setting up a business in
the UK, in this case a bakery. This is the first section of the essay.

The company I chose is a bakery. The reason is that bread is the only food ofthe four
options. Food is necessary for people to live, and there are people inmore than half
of the world who eat bread as their staple food. And in Japan, thenumber of people
who eat bread as breakfast or snacks is increasing, and Ithought that the fashion
would never go away. The name of my store is "smile".The reason is that I want to
make bread that makes customers who come to myshop happy and smile by eating
the bread in my shop. My store is not too bigand has a total area of 30 square
meters, of which two-thirds are kitchens andone-third are customer space and sales
space. The kitchen will be glass-walledso that customers can see the bread making
process inside from the outside, which is called an open kitchen. One reason for
using glass is that customerscan check the production process inside with their own
eyes, so they can enjoythe bread in my shop with more peace of mind, and another
reason is to use theopen kitchen. By doing so, we can make the bakery different
from other shops,so I think we can attract more customers.

We will use ¥ 10000000 as the initialfund to open this shop. (£ 64392) Of which →
Store property income costs areabout 500,000 yen Internal and external construction

Circle. This fundis procured from the Japan Finance Corporation. My shop is open
from 6:00 to18:00. The required number of people is 4 people in the kitchen (bakery)
+ 3people in the hall (accounting, customer information, drinking place).
Amongthem, the shop will open at 6:00, so we will prepare from 4:00. Therefore,
Iexpect that many people will come to buy bread in the morning between 4:00
and9:00, so I increased the number of people who make bread from 4:00 to 9:00 to
5and 14:00. It will be calm between 18:00, so I will leave only two people. Thereare
only two people in the hall between 14:00 and 18:00. The sales target of thestore is
about 350,000 yen a day.Now I would like to talk about the benefits of bread. White
rice is the staple foodof many people in Japan. You may often hear this again. Do
you often hear that"bread is full of carbohydrates and easy to gain weight"?
Research has shownthat this is not the case. First of all, there are various types of
staple foods suchas bread, rice and noodles, but in fact, bread has nutritional value
comparable toother staple foods. In particular, rye bread and whole wheat bread are
high in
nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, and dietary fiber, and are excellent foodsthat
play an important role in a healthy diet. Originally, the human brain isdesigned to
maximize its power in the morning.According to the opinion of Kenichiro Mogi, a
brain scientist famous for his ahaexperience, the brain is designed to reset the
tiredness of the previous day bysleeping, so it seems to be the most active after
waking up.Immediately afterwaking up, the amygdala of the cerebrum becomes
active and you canconcentrate. The three hours after waking up this morning are
called "Morning Golden Time".If you make good use of the golden time in the
morning, you will be able tomaximize your ability even when creating materials and
meetings that requireconcentration. There is no way not to take advantage of this
bonus chance. However, if you skip breakfast, you will run out of energy and lose
your goldentime in the morning. However, it is essential to get into the habit of
havingbreakfast so as not to waste the time you can work. Breakfast is often
skippedwhen you are busy with work and tired. If you're busy working overtime, you'll
feel like sleeping until the last minute in themorning. However, if you want to sleep
slowly and prepare for work and skipbreakfast, you will not be able to demonstrate
your abilities from the morning. The reason is that if you don't eat breakfast, your
brain won't work. Here aresome examples of the benefits of eating bread for
breakfast.1.It's easy toprepare, so you don't have to have time.If you buy bread the
day before, youcan eat it immediately in the morning. 2.Easy to change the taste.
Many peoplewant to eat sweets in the morning.Bread goes great with jam, so you
can easily make a sweet breakfast menusuch as jam toast. On the other hand, if you
want a little more saltiness, you can toast it withcheese, or you can eat it with butter.
