F&B Consulting Assignment

1. Assignment Description:
3 properties in Kuta Lombok are currently undergoing development into Digital Nomad Hotel (19
rooms), Backpacker Hostel (11 rooms), and Surf Yoga Camp (20 rooms) respectively. The 3 properties
are all situated in the surfer town of Kuta Lombok and are a 2 minute drive (800 meter) distance from
each other. Each property will have a separate menu and kitchen. Head chef and some storage facilities
could possibly be shared.

Digital Nomad Hotel = Milk and Madu, Tropical Nomad, (balanced food for remote workers)
Backpacker Hostel = NY Pizza, Pitstop burgers (easy greasy food / bar bites for backpackers)
Surf Yoga Camp = Superfoods, Pescado, Ceviche (super healty food for health conscious surfers)
