DESCRIPTION
Nitrogen pilot cylinder 40L, 95 bar (P/N SNS-P40L) will be
use in SNS IG-100 fire suppression system to pneumatic
actuate nitrogen 84L cylinder, when using conjunction with
3-ways control valve and actuator cabinet 1L (P/N STV-
P1L). The system will have one nitrogent pilot cylinder 40L,
95 bar and the quantity of actuator cabinets 1L equal to
quantity of selector valves.
In case of using actuator cabinet 5.1L (P/N STV-P5L) for
each selector valve, no need to use notrigen pilot cylinder
40L in system.
OPERATION
The nitrogen pilot cylinder SNS-P40L of these systems is
activated pneumatically by STV-P1L pilot cylinder when a
fire is detected.
The nitrogen contained in the pilot cylinder SNS-P40L flows
through the pilot line to the tee fitting on nitrogen cylinder
84L valve, and opens them.
In system has multi zone, the nitrogen pilot cylinder SNS-
P40L will be used in conjunction with three-way control
valve (P/N SNS-3WAY) for actuate difference number of
cylinders in a cylinder bank.
INSTALLATION
The nitrogen pilot cylinder will be installed in same location
with nitrogen cylinder bank. Interconnection from pilot
cylinder to IG-100-cylinder bank can be via a cooper tube.
     
The container is secured in place by one set of cylinder
clamp (P/N SNS-CC-84), which must be fixed to a solid wall
or strut assembly.
