Product doesn’t match photo, seller ignores messages, replacement product poor.
item never received - no proof of sending seller made excuses AVOID
Late delivery and then extremely poor quality. Very difficult to deal with.
Spelling on shirt was wrong notified them but got no reply
tried to return the Tops as too big no response at all very poor communication
Item was sent out twice supposedly never came it was for my daughters bday
Items never arrived required them for children in need day 2 very upset children
The parcel never arrived however did receive a full refund very disappointed
Got it on the 5th November instead of 22nd October
Unfortunately personalised item and sizing too big.. no offer of support
Printing fell off in first wash
