Hello George,

I received your letter and I have to say that I’m really sorry to
hear that! I’ve been in this situation before and I know what
it feels like gaining so many pounds. So, I’m here now to give
you some advice.
First, if I were you, I would go to a nutritionist but with the
little information that I have I would suggest you drink a lot
of water and not be hungry all the time. For example, you
could eat healthy foods per three hours so as not to get
hungry. Also you could set one day per/a month as a cheat
day so that you could eat whatever you would like to.
Furthermore, you could start working out with other people
and the reason is that you must have someone to compete
with. For example, you should go to the gym and participate
in short sessions with some friends or even with a personal
coach for you and your friends. Two years ago when I started
gym, I managed to lose 15 kilograms in three months.
So, if you go to the gym and eat healthily, I’m sure that you’ll
lose the fat, either it is 5, 10 or 20 kilograms you will
