Charles,

Segue alguns comandos da PCU:

mt gcell sh una all                     -> mostra as células que estão caídas
mt gcell sh ava all                     -> mostra as células que estão OK
mt bvc ptp sh st <NSEI> all       -> status das células, por NSEI
alarm box buffer list                  -> lista de alarmes
alarm box buffer browse            -> lista de alarmes, porém com detalhes de cada alarme
slot sh all                                  - > estado de cada placa

Acho que com isso já consegue fazer algumas checagens.
