工中自觉履行好安全职责，圆满完成施工任务，不出现违章行为，养成良好正确的施工习惯，特进行以下告知
Welcome to participate in the construction work of New Hope Philippines Tarlac Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. For your safety, no
safety accidents occur, for your parents and children to look forward to you at home, waiting for you to return home safely, for the
success and happiness of your family, please respect your life and strengthen your own danger prevention Awareness, consciously
perform safety responsibilities during construction, complete construction tasks satisfactorily, do not violate regulations, develop good
and correct construction habits, and give the following notice

1、未经安全培训，任何人严禁进入生产区域，严禁在本公司施工作业
Without safety training, anyone is strictly prohibited from entering the production area, and construction work in our company is strictly
prohibited

2、进入本公司请仔细阅读、理解安全告知书，并主动登记，由相关人员引领佩戴通行证方可入内 To enter the company,

please read and understand the safety notice carefully, and take the initiative to register, and the relevant personnel can lead and wear
the pass before entering

3、公司内机动车辆限速 5KM/H，车辆请按指定停车场停放，不得阻塞通道。车辆进入生产区必须按照指定路线行驶，
停在指定区域。在装卸货过程中，司机等相关人员必须在场
The speed limit of motor vehicles in the company is 5KM/H. Vehicles should be parked in the designated parking lot and the passage
must not be blocked. Trains entering the production area must follow the designated route and stop in the designated area. During the
loading and unloading process, the driver and other relevant personnel must be present

4、公司内吸烟到专门吸烟处，严禁携带任何火种进入厂区（进厂区前存放门卫处）
Smoking in the company is in a special smoking place, and it is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of fire into the factory (store the
guard before entering the factory)

5、进入生产区域请正确佩戴防护用品，并服从现场管理人员的安排，请勿随意走动或者触摸设备 Please wear protective

equipment correctly when entering the production area, and obey the arrangement of on-site management personnel. Please do not walk
around or touch the equipment at will

6、进入公司严禁拍照
It is strictly forbidden to take pictures when entering the company

7、未经本公司经理级别以上的人员同意，禁止使用公司内所有的设备设施及消防设施、应急设施
It is forbidden to use all the equipment, fire-fighting facilities and emergency facilities in the company without the consent of personnel
above the manager level of the company

8、任何人员因违反国家有关法律、法规及公司有关规定而造成事故，本公司将依法追究其经济责任和法律责任
