TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Getting back misplaced baggage

I Vinothan Balachandran, ( NIC 903043130V) holding passport no N7127186 and my wife

Jeyavani Vinoth (NIC 199261201707) holding passport no N7837536, departed to Sri Lanka
from Canada via London on 2021/05/30 in AC 860 aero plane that belongs Air Canada
Airline. As the UL 504 aero plane which was to fly Sri Lanka from London was cancelled,
we managed to come to Sri Lanka on 07/02 morning by QR 664 flight that belongs to Qatar
Airline.

However we did not receive our baggages (tag numbers mentioned below) at the London
airport. Currently we both are in quarantine at room no 60, Sheraton hotel, Kosgoda, Sri
Lanka.

Therefore, I kindly request you to handover our baggages (with above tag number) to
