including, wholegrains, seeds, dried fruit, honey and dark chocolate.
Ingredients
5 Weetbix PREPARE FOR
(you could sub for 80g or
1 cup of oats if you prefer)
THE SESSION BY
1 cup pitted dates • Having all the ingredients out on the bench.
• Having your measuring cups and spoons
½ cup sunflower seeds or mixed ready.

• Having a food processor ready.
½ cup desiccated coconut • Lining a small square tin with baking paper.
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water
