Observations:
1. Joining rate of both male and female from Bangalore is higher when
compared rest of the locations. So, they can concentrate more on hiring
from Bangalore. Also, they can give extra push for male as their joining
percentage is higher than female.
2. Not joining rate from Mumbai and Cochin is higher than the joining rate.
They can evaluate and find out the reasons for the same. Or concentrate
on other regions for better conversion

Inference:
There might be significant difference in the compared figures so it can be cross
verified using analytics. And needed change can be implemented in the cities
with better joining rate so that the conversion result can be improved.
