MAIN IDEA: Our body isn’t ours it was given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ so that we may use it
in God’s service. We must live In a pure healthy life style.
REFLECTION: I realized that my lifestyle was wrong and not in accordance to God’s will.
ACTION I PLAN TO TAKE BASED ON THIS MATERIAL: I will change my Christiane life style.
PRAYER: Our Father thou art in heaven, we thank You for life.  Thank You for giving us sound

twisted it into something wicked and shameful. We have done this most grievously with

division between men and women, which in turn causes us to use and abuse one another,
even those closest to us. We have turned away from our calling to live in light and purity

created.
PRAYER: Lord, you have created my body in your image. I want to become more like you! I know that I

PRAYER: Our Father, please wash me thoroughly from my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. Father, I
aim to be like You, but sin has kept me far from You. I pray that You cleanse me of my sin and forgive me
for where I have missed the mark. Cleanse me spiritually, emotionally and physically so that I can be a

PRAYER: Our Father I thank you that Your Word says in Acts 17:28 “In Him we live and move and have

REFLECTION: I will observe what I eat and have a balance diet.

PRAYER: Glorious Father, we thank You for life.  Thank You for giving us sound minds and bodies.  Thank

PRAYER: Our Father thou art in heaven, I am tired. My mind is frazzled, my hands are full, and
my emotions are reeling with all the things I have to do. Help me to come to you in the middle
of the overwhelm. Remind me of your ever-present help in my times of need. Show me how to
rest in You. Reveal to me both the beauty in the work and in the rest. Calm my anxious thoughts
and encourage my heart with Your nearness. Instruct me in your ways. Bring productivity and
contentment out of the peace and comfort I find. Settle me in Your truth and in Your love. In

REFLECTION: I won’t let my body dehydrate.

PRAYER: Our Father, we ask for Your blessings on children, mothers, fathers, and communities
who are thirsty. Purify, protect, and multiply their water sources. Strengthen their resolve so they
may fully enjoy the benefits of clean water — essentials like education, gardens of fresh
