We, hereby, confirm that cargo in container(s) has/have been properly and
sufficiently chain lashed to the flat rack /or open top/ standard container and cargo
must have clearance to the container's corner casting. The centre of gravity of cargoes
should be stowed in containers with balance. The lashing material should be steel
wires  instead of plastic.
The vehicle has been completely drained of fuel and run until stalled.
There are no signs of leakage from the battery, engine, fuel cell, compressed gas
cylinder or accumulator, or fuel tank when applicable.

We also acknowledge that the additional clause “non-hazardous in accordance


with SP961 (IMDG)” can be added to the Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill at the
Carrier’s sole discretion.

By this Indemnity Letter, we will take full responsibility for any damage to
container(s), consequent mishaps happening due to stuffing such kind of cargo
including but not limit to full settlement of extra cost, delivery problem arising
thereof.

We will keep You/Evergreen Line and yours agents free from any liabilities as well.

This LOI is required from both Forwarder and real shipper (if real shipper is shown
on b/l).
