A. Strengths
Good and Mesmerizing Ambiance that offers Japanese themed Merchant
One of Japangasinan’s strength is that they differ to the other group in a
way that they made their plan focus not just locally but also globally
competitive. The good ambiance that made each customer feel the place of
Japan by the design of their booth and the way their staff dress in a Japanese
style costume.
Menu
A menu is one of the most important internal advertising tools that can be
used to educate a guest about the experience they are about to have. An
instant snapshot of a restaurant and the one piece of advertising every guest
will read, having an appealing, realistic, clean menu is essential to
communicating your business. The menu of Japangasinan is not that
appealing, they need to improve it by putting actual photos of the dish that
can attract the customer and they must add rice meals because that will
surely be the main thing that each customer will search for in every menu.
C. Opportunities
Lead in promoting Japanese Restaurant in Dagupan City
They gave their customer chance to experince Japanese cuisine in a low
cost. Around Dagupan City Japanese restaurant is infrequent and most of it
are expensive like tokyo tokyo in this case it can open ideas to the vistors
who are interested in establishing this kind of business. There are also a lot
of people who are curious what is the taste of japanese cuisine that makes
them want to buy in their restaurant.
and closing of the store were it is right time to eat lunch and dinner.
D. Threats
Preference of Customers
Compared to the authentic Filipino dishes and cuisines offered by
other competing companies, Japangasinan can hardly attract customers
because potential customers may choose Filipino cuisines over Japanese
cuisines. It is true because the target customers has a greater preference
on such local foods.
Bandwagon Effect
When some potential customers observe that a particular
company is being patronized by large number of customers, it is possible
that they easily get attracted to try their offer – it is the phenomenon
called bandwagon effect. Because of the fact that a particular company
has a good reputation, they have the higher chances of attracting the
highest percentage of potential customers.
1. Improve their service by effectively and productivity choose their management team
The leader will allocate the jobs to each member based on their willingness and skills. In
actual market day, the leader will monitor the performance of each member and guide
them more in terms of doing their job productively It might lead to a misunderstanding, not
enough skills for the job needed and disobedience of a member but it may also improve
their work force, team work and coordination that will satisfy the needs of the customers.
As being proposed by the Dean, the departments would be reduced from 6 to 3. The heads
of existing departments were paid a special allowance, ranging from 800 to 1,200 pesos per
month depending on their rank. Department heads also had a full load of four courses, as
compared to 5 courses for a regular full-time faculty.
2.
3. Change the feature and price of the menu by adding around 20 to 30 pesos
each item
Advantage
Since the earnings will increase due to changing the price of the product in
the menu the net loss can be eliminated.
The look of the food in the menu will be catchy to the customer if it is realistic
food unlike if it is look like a cartoon.
Disadvantage
The price of the food will become expensive.
There will be a lot of other expenses in preparing a real food just for the
pictorial for the menu.
