As per our visit scheduled and conducted on 08/08/2021 at your plant “Velloils
Lubricant & Petrochem Ltd” at factory unit, Sarigam GIDC, Valsad.
During Visit we had Overhauled Gassing Station’s cylinder and Inspected Both Crimp and
Gas station. Some work areas need to be refurbished or to be changed accordingly as discussed
and the points are mentioned bellow for reference. :-
➢ All FRL (Pneumatic) units needs to be replace or to be repaired which ever best for You.
(Purpose: - to arrest air leakages and to lubricate system)

➢ One Mini Doddering/filter column need to be installed before gassing charger,

➢ Overhauling of air compressor,
➢ Overhauling of Booster Pump,
➢ Rearrangement of machine/machine sequence as per suitable manufacturing practice.
➢ Addition of filled can Leakage testing tank.

➢ Charger NRV Needs to be replace.

➢ Gassing cylinder need to be replaced. (After replacing NRV if it works fine then no need
to replace)
➢ Rearrangement of layout as per design.
➢ During servicing of gassing cylinder “Seals and O-rings” of cylinder replaced.

➢ We can add double ended LPG pump for boost the gassing process. (On production
demand)

➢ DE crimping station can be added to system on your request.

➢ Filter Column with pressure gauge should be in line with gassing charger.
