INTRODUCTION
According to the requirements given by the question that has been provided to us we are told to
prepare a software module. According to the question we must include use case diagram, use case
description, class diagram, activity diagram and ER diagram. I am able to do the given assignment with
the help of my subject teacher, friends as well through the help of the internet. Use case is known as the
representation of the interaction of the users with the added system such that it indicates the relation
between users and many use cases where the users are involved. They are the diagrams that captures
the functionality as well as the requirements of the system in UML. It has the capability of capturing the
dynamic nature of the live system so it has great importance. Talking about the class diagram it is the
blueprint which is used to create an object. It is used to define the types of objects that are in system
and different types of the relation that exist among themselves that gives high level view of the
application. The class diagram helps the developer for proper understanding of application. Activity
diagram is widely known as the diagram that illustrates the activities that flows throughout the system.
The activity diagram can be applied to check the processes in the business to notice the flow and detail.
The ER diagram is defined as the diagram that allows us to see how the entities are related to each other
in a database. They are to be constructed if the new system has been designed such that the
development group could understand the development of structure of database. In another word the ER
diagrams are used to sketch the design of the database.

In order to draw the diagram, the application that I used was visual paradigm. I felt very easy to use this
app. The symbol in this app were very easy to understand so that I don’t felt ay difficulties while drawing
the diagrams. At first, I drew use case diagram which was easies for me to draw because I had clear
concept of that diagram. I felt lots of problems while drawing ER diagram and activity diagram. I took
lots of help from teachers and friends to complete those tasks. As soon as I drew use case diagram then
I directly tried to complete ER diagram so after drawing ER diagram drawing class diagram was quite
easy for me to draw since most of the logic can be applied with the help of ER diagram. Drawing activity
diagram was most difficult task for me to do though I completed it later with the help of our teachers. So
though these diagrams were new to us we tried to complete through our best effort. All these diagrams
are used for the programmer or the developer to develop the application. These are all the steps that
the programmer must follow to make his/her work easier, faster and comfortable.

Title Creating Task By Project Manager

Brief description The planning and scheduling are done for the
task. Task is given for the completeness to
different user with required resources.
Actors Project manager, user
Pre conditions The project manager and user must login.
Project manager assign different task and appoint
member for task and distribute different task to
the users.
The project manager manages resources required
for the project.
The users complete the assigned task in the given
time and submit for the approval.
Users message for the required resources and
additional information of task to the manager.

Basic flow Enter the task name

The manager can change the user at any time if
the task given is not up to date.

Alternative flow All the incorrect information input in the form.

Post condition After users submit the task the manager looks
after all the task and approves if the task fulfills
all the requirements and then save the task. The
addition of the user is done if it is required. The
time period can be changed if needed and also
the due date of the task is checked.

CONCLUSION
So, we can conclude that this assignment has helped us a lot to improve our skills and develop the
interest towards the study. Visual paradigm app is recommended because it was very easy to use in
comparison to other apps. Proper symbol idea must be there to complete this assignment so each of us
should learn about a table and symbols used at least once. Thus, this assignment was very beneficial for
us.
