My name is lester I live in tambulig zamboanga del sur I have done


bachelor of science in hotel and restaurant management. i have 2
years experience in housekeeping. i live with my family in zamboang
del sur

why should we hire you


sir, as im a fresher, i have theoretical knowledge, but i can do
hardwork for my organization. and i will put my efforts for the
good progress of my organization. being punctual and sincere, i
can finish the work given to me on time and i try to fulfill
all the needs of the company from me

i am hoenst, self motivated and hardworking person with positive


attitude towards my career and life

what is your greatest weakness


i cant say no when someone ask for help, and im bet lazy in
which im not interested.

why do you want to leave your current job


i am thankfull to my previous organization, because i have learned
a loy of things from there. according to me changes are necessary
for everyone to enhance your skilss, knowledge, and for personal growth
and financial growth. your organization is a good platform where i can
learne more.

what is your salary expectation?


i am a fresher, salary is not my priority for me. this is a big
paltform to start my career and also i want to improve my knowledge
and skills and gain experience so i expect a considerable fo
salary according to my ability.

for being honest and not bias for the situation that may appear
in the future.

i want this job to suppory my daily needs and my family. and also to
enchance my skills and knowledge

what are your goals for the future and where do you see youself
in 5 years?
my goal is to get a job in required company where i can utilize my
skills and improve my career path.
5 years from now i will be in a respectable position in that

how do you handle stress and preasure?


I try to react to situations rather than to stress. That way,
I can handle the situation without becoming overly stressed.
For example, when I deal with an unsatisfied customer, rather
than focusing on feeling stressed, I focus on the task at hand.
I believe my ability to communicate effectively with customers
during these moments helps reduce my own stress. I think it
also reduces any stress the customer may feel.
