COURSE: BS AGRICULTURAL AND BIOSYSTEMS ENGINEERING SECTION: BLOCK 1

PART A. Please access the www.psa.gov.ph (http://openstat.psa.gov.ph/Database/Agriculture-Forestry-Fisheries) to get the recent data of these major crops of
the Philippines then fill out the table. Crop production/yield data is the measure of crop produced per area of land. It is important to understand these data because it
helps us understand food security and also explains why some crops cost more than others.

The bar chart provides information about the production analysis of peanut (crop) in the Philippines between 2010 and 2020. Overall, the volume of production of
peanut (crop) in the Philippines experienced a decrease in the production, while the area planted and harvested of a peanut also experienced decreasing throughout the
period. Both volume of production and area planted and harvested had some fluctuations.
