1. As present HR does direct recruitment.

Outsourcing the recruitment process will


change the role of HR from direct to indirect recruitment. Their role would include
setting and governing the Service level agreements signed with the outsource
agencies.

2. Service Level Agreement various parameters to be met while performing a given


task within given timelines. In this paragraph in refers to one of the points as time
to fill a vacancy.

3. Since we are salary constraints and we may not be able attract and hire the local
applicants:

 Online Recruitment: We would use the immigration network agencies for


advertisement and attract people from all over world who want to come and settle
in UK and have desired skills. Also we can advertise it on company’s overseas
websites.

· Outsource to Overseas Organization: Rather hiring directly or outsourcing to


another organization locally, we will outsource the recruitment process to overseas
countries where it is more cost effective and will set a Service level contract not
only to time to recruit but also on parameters like Employees reliability.

4. In Jim’s experience, he is talking about recruiting people through social


networking sites or companies’ overseas sites where he is attracting people who
want to come and settle in UK. It is similar to Viral recruitment where we are
advertising aggressively and attracting people with a reason of settling abroad:

Advantages:

· It is cost effective method of recruitments.

· It reaches everyone immediately as posted because it’s mostly online.

· People overseas who want to settle in UK, may get ready to work at a
lower pay scale in comparison to people already in UK.

· Viral Recruitment reaches people very fast.

Drawbacks:
· It dilutes the quality of talent pool when the Job is advertised on social
networking sites, lot of people may apply who are not even serious about the
Job.

· Our advertisement may get unnoticed or less noticed sometime due


everyone else might be doing the same and lot of Ads are getting posted
along with our Ad.

· Recruiting/ Advertising through Social media sites is an informal way so it


can lead to confusions/ conflicts later.
