If a designated Range Officer observes a violation of RSCI rules, the mernber

may have their access suspended. Depending or1 the vioiation, the Officer r,l,ill
instruct the member to attend another orientatiorr class or attend a regular Board of
Trustees meeting to explain why RSCI suspension or expulsion procedures should
not be initiated.

Charges against any Officer or member may be submitted by any member in


good standing. They will be in writing, signed, clearly stating the facts relied upon,
and accompanied by all supporting documentation. Such charges wilt be filed with
any of the members of the Board of Ti-ustees, who will notify the remaining Board of
Tiustees members and the complaint w,ill be heard at the next regular Board of
Tiustees meeting. The Corporate Secretary vvili notify the accuser and the accused of
when the matter will be covered. Such notice will include the charges and the
supporting documentation. The charged Officer or member will be given an
opportunity to be heard either oraliy or in writing.

For charges of conduct seriously prejudiciatr to the interests and purposes of


RSCI requiring immediate response, the Officer or member will be heard by a
meeting of the Board of tustees. If a majority of the Board of Trustees determines
the Officer or member has performed as charged, his/her membership wili be
suspended until charges are heard in a regular meeting.

If a majority of the attending Trustees from the designated regular Board of


Trustees meeting determines the Officer or member has performed as charged,
his/her membership will be terminated.

For charges of illegal conduct, the charges wili be heard as soon as possible by
a meeting of the Board of Trustees. If a majority of the Board of Trustees determines
the charge may be true, the appropriate law enforcement agency will be notified and
the Officer or member's membership will be suspended until the legal issues are
resolved.

Article III. MEETINGS

Section 1. Meetings of the Trustees

a) Regular meetings of the board of trustees of the corporation shail be held


monthly;

b) Special meetings of the board of trustees may be held at any time upon the
call of the presidenf

c) Meetings of trustees may be held anywhere in or outside of the


Phiiippines, unless the by-laws provide otherwise. Notice of regular or
special meetings stating the date, time and place of the meeting must be
sent to every trustee or trustee at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled
meeting, unless otherwise provided by the bv-laws. A trustee may waive
this requirement, either expressly or impliedly'.
