HOW THE AWARD OF A SCHOLARSHIP WILL MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO MY ACCOUNTING

CARRER.

I am Adedoyin Ezekiel,and I am a citizen of Nigeria who graduated from High School in the year
2019.Presently,I am studyingAccountancy in the UniversityofIlori,Nigeria.I am sending you my essay for
the ACCA WNN Scholarship.

I have gain interest in ACCA since the first day I heard of it and I have been working towards it.While in
High School,I maintained an excellent academic record alongside great teamwork abilities with my
classmates and same with my coursemates in the University.I have been passionate in making ACCA my
professional qualification.

I realised that having Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is not enough and will not make my
professional field come through.Knowing a professional course like ACCA will be of a great advantage to
me but due to financial incapability has been hindering me in registering and writing ACCA
examinations.

Moreover,the scholarship will help me in my career journey and to be an International Qualified

Chartered Accountant because it will enlighten me and I will be able to add more skills.It will also make
me serve as an encouragement to other aspiring to be an ACCA Chartered Accountant.

ACCA has been distinguished because of its standards and unlimited advantages like developing more
skills in Accounting and Finance,having international standards,as a member of the ACCA gaining
qualifications of BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and MSc in Professional
Accountancy from the University of London which makes me choose ACCA over other Accounting
Bodies.

I will love to continue the I have been awarded the scholarship because it will  give me a strong
foundation which I will build on it and to make that happen I'll start making savings which will help me in
the continuation of the exam.

With ACCA Scholarship,my personal and professional life will changed because it has been what I have
been loving to become and have been aiming for that.
