We are dwellers of this land,

Free we walk, we talk like you,
But came the plague never planned,
And you hide but we pushed through.

We deliver the food you eat,

As your mouths full we battle the heat,
For your safety, we risk our seat,
Stay at home the virus we defeat.

We will always be by your side,

When everyone is afraid of you,
We risk our life for your guide,
Tomorrow you’ll be back at your shoe.

Can’t go to school you say,

Then we say everything will be okay,
For we will still teach you at home,
And knowledge will still reach your own.
