AFFIDAVIT OF NON-OPERATION

I, MARILYN M. CUCIO, of legal age, Filipino, with office address at 4F Low Rise
Pacific Star Building, Sen. Gil Puyat J. Puyat Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City,
Philippines, after having duly sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and
say:

That I am the Authorized Representative of DESCO INC. – MAKATI BRANCH, a

corporation duly organized and existing and by virtue of the law of the Republic for the
Philippines, situated in the above mentioned address;

That the said business has not been operating since January 2020 up to present,
hence, there is no income can be declared;

That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of foregoing facts for
information and guidance of proper authorities concerned and for whatever legal purpose
this may serve.
