glands. Sebaceous carcinomas are generally divided as ocular or extraocular locations. Very few
cases of extra ocular sebaceous carcinomas have been reported till date.

Case Description:

diameter. On macroscopis examination revealed stratified squamous lining epithelium with
underlying tissue showing lobules or sheets of cells separated by a fibrous stroma, variable
sebaceous differentiation with foamy or vacuolated clear cells. High-power examination,
revealed prominent nucleoli, pleomorphism, hyperchromatic irregular nuclei, and mitoses.
Histological examination it was diagnosed as a well differentiated sebaceous carcinoma.

Discussion and Conclusion:

Sebaceous carcinoma is a rare and destructive malignant neoplasm The disease exhibits diverse
clinical presentations and histologic patterns, often resulting in a delay in an accurate diagnosis
as it may mimic many other cutaneous malignancies like Basal Cell Carcinoma or Squamous
