Duterte working with Congress for 'conclusive' hostile to

endo charge: Palace


MANILA – President Rodrigo Duterte is planning with Congress to concoct a "last" measure
that will end the act of work contractualization in the country, Malacañang said on Tuesday.

In a public interview held at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Presidential Spokesperson Harry
Roque said Duterte would satisfy his mission guarantee to stop all types of unlawful
contractualization.

Duterte, notwithstanding, needs to ensure that the security of residency charge that he would sign
into law is "adequate to all partners," Roque said.

Roque said Duterte was prepared to sign the proposed Security of Tenure bill in July 2019
