Re: REQUEST TO RETURN PERSONAL  PROPERTY

         I write on behalf of my client, Jason Luis A. Villaflor. My client
owned a motorcycle that is currently in your unauthorized possession
and we respectfully demand and request for the return and
repossession of the same.
 
y the consideration required of him as a buyer and consequently the
seller herein had demanded to instead return the subject of sale. It turns
out that Jero Gabriel Alberto, being a former employee of Motorcycle
Inc. and prior to his termination of your management, had displayed the
said motorcycle in the Showroom Bacolod Branch of Motorcycle City.
 
To find the best resolution of my client, we had personally went to
your Bacolod office last August 6, 2021 and we were informed by the
incumbent branch manager, that the subject motorcycle is now being
withheld and was transported in Iloilo City; hence this letter of request
for appeal in your good office.
        
         In behalf of my client, I pray for the release of the subject
motorcycle in the most opportune time and may it be handled with
utmost and cautious care while the same is in your custody. We are very
willing to amicably settle this and willing to cooperate and compromise
to the best intention of the parties.
 
Notwithstanding, this request shall also serve as official notice of
demand to you and may be tendered in court as evidence of your failure
to cooperate for any act of arbitrariness.

Your immediate response and deed to this letter or any means of

reaching us out would be highly appreciated. We hope to resolve this
matter as soon as possible.
