Kameron Maier, Period 7

Here I sit, walled from outside

stuck in quarantine.
Six feet away from everybody,
Bored as a clump of dirt.
When will this be over?
When can I live life?

We need to stick together,

But we can’t without risk.
The only thing I’m stuck to
is my computer and my chair.
When can I get up?
When can I live life?

No real contact for months.

I want to leave, to go inside,
but this quarantine is like some chains,
walling me inside.
When can I go outside?
When can I live life?
