Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 was
implemented. Section 36 (g) (c) (d) and (f) thereof requires mandatory drug
testing of (g) candidates for public office, (c) students of secondary and tertiary
schools, (d) officers and employees of public and private offices, and (f) persons
charged before the prosecutor’s office with certain offenses.
