MEDICATIONS: Paracetamol 500mg q4 PRN/ Metronidazole 500 mg/ 1ml IV q 8 hr/ Metoclopromide 10 mg IV

IVF: D5 Na Cl 500 x 31 gtt x 8 hrs @ the L-arm


LAB/DIAGNOSTICS: Fecalysis/ 8-28-21`Done Repeat Fecalysis tomorrow (9-02-21) call DR Houser upon results are

O2 INHALATION: 2-3 l/min PRN
ELIMINATION: BM once with soft yellow-colored stool ( size of medium banana)
REST AND ACTIVITY: Ambulatory
NSG MANAGEMENT: Increase fluid intake/ Boil or sterilized drinking water./ encourage bedrest/ advised to ear
non-oily and spicy foods
