Results

From the Correlation table above, it can be seen that the correlation coefficient ( r ) equals to
0.402, indicating a moderate positive relationship, as surmised earlier, p> 0.001 and indicates that the
coefficient is significally diffirent from 0.

Conclusion
We can conclude that for LPU-Laguna, CITHM Students there is evidence that somehow
Helping Attitude is related Volunteering Factor of the students, it seems that helping attitude has
an impact, as the rewarding factor for them was, first and foremost, doing good.

An Interesting pattern can be observed: When describing their motivations, the


respondents refereed to endogenous motives, and when writing how they would encourage
others to become a volunteer, they referred to exogenous motives, indicating the benefits that
volunteerism brings volunteers themselves.
