Lesson 2- Principles of Development- Milestones
Task: Given the different principles of development that have
been presented in this lesson, write a reflection paper of not
more than 300 words of how you should treat your students
when you become a teacher to yourself.

If i would become a teacher someday, I should

consider my students as my own children. In fact, with this
way of thinking I became an example as their second
parent. I would be a good listener, because teachers
knows how to listen. I will not tolerate my students, I'm
able to approach them in times of their difficulties so that
they feel comfortable with me. I'll be always on their side
to listen all their rants and i am willing to help as much as
i can. No matter what happen I would stand by them
during their ups and down. That is my responsibility to
understand my students situation. Encouraging my
students is one of the best way to gain their confidence to
work hard that's why it motivated them to study harder
especially to their future. I'm a good role model for leading
them and making sure that they are safe always. I will be
a friendly but with limits. I will treat my students fairly to
avoid discrimination. Every student deserves to be treated
special. I would plan also the lesson to ensure that they
understand the topic. We would all learn together no one
should be left behind. I believe that every students need a
very strong support and guide in order to build their
knowledge and to cope up every lesson that they want to
learn. I always there to support in their process. Teaching
them while joking is one of the best method to get not
bored my classes and it is the best remedy to relieve also
their stress, i love seeing my students happy because of
me. I ensure that my students understand the value of
discipline. I'll be very strict when it comes to disciplinary
cause I would like my students grow with a well-
mannered.
