Philippines was one of the most riches countries a few decades back it was way

more advanced than some of the first world countries here in south east Asia such as
Singapore but as time goes by the country is slowly catching up and ended up as one of
the third world countries but recently we can see that the economy of the Philippines is
starting to grow rapidly adapting to the new advancements the world has to offer.

There are two strengths that the Philippines can offer that can contribute to the
countries in the south east Asia for a greater integrations one of the strengths is that the
Philippines is one of the few countries that are rich in natural resources this is why china
really is desperate to make Philippines part of china this is due to the fact that we have
a lot of natural resources in the country by sharing our natural resources to other
countries in the south east Asia region they would also be able to share their technology
to us to help us advance further in the society which could help make our lives easier or
better yet save a lot of Filipinos not only that by having a good relationship with other
countries could help the Filipinos travel around the SEA with out having a problem with
visa. The second strength that the Philippines have that it can offer to have a strong
unity with other countries is that Philippines is one of the countries that does not
discriminate foreign people instead they welcome them and that Philippines is one of
the most gender equal than other countries, It means that whether you are a man or a
women if you both have the same jobs you both get paid equally and no matter where
you come from if you did your share of work you get paid the same as others which is
not always the case in other countries. This trait of the Philippines can influence other
countries in the SEA region to also not discriminate others to have a better unity as one
region.

Overall the Philippines is one of the most accepting country not only in the SEA
region but the whole world and we are always known to be the country that is very
hospitable to others no matter where you come from and we always want to share to
others I believe this traits of ours could help contribute to a greater integration among
countries in the sea region by influencing other countries to do the same and they would
be able to change their perspective of the ancient times like because you are a man you
should only do this or because you are a woman you can only do this type of mindset.
The Philippines may not have the top technologies in the whole region but the
Philippines can provide an attitude that is missing to the other countries not only in the
south east asia region but the whole world.
