Title : Inspection of mill externals

Purpose : To ensure trouble free operation of the mill.
Scope : Roller Press Externals.
Responsibility : Engineer & Fitter

Work Instruction :
Safety :
- Get the line clearance from Electrical Department
- Get work permit from safety department, if necessary.
- Lock the mill local switch.
Activity :
- Check for oil leakages in the cylinder
- Check for cooling water leakage
- Check the oil filters
- Check the condition of cylinder dust protection covers.
- Close the Work Permit and Line clearance after completion.

ENVIRONMENT:
After Completion of the above job clean the work area & dispose the waste in
appropriate waste bins.
