Respected Sir,

Please refer to subject noted above, we are working for M/s. Richa Leather heaving registration
No. 11-00-4203-006-19. It is submitted that due to resignation of account officer our 2 refund
claims (Sep-2018 and Nov-2018) could not be submitted within time i.e 120 days on RCPS.

Therefore we have applied for condonation of time limited under section 74 Sales tax act 1990,
read with rule of sales tax Rules. It is further submitted that refund claims for which
condonation applied for, fall within the period of 1 year as the same can be verified from STARR
print screen duly highlighted and attached with this application for your kind perusal.

In the light above facts It is therefore requested that the condonation applied for may kindly be
granted.
