1 Mr. Gawas undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of

respondent within one week from today. Mr. Gawas further states that

neither the society nor the corporation or banks or financial institutions, to

whom respondent has addressed communications based on the Letters of

Administration granted by this Court, have taken any action and therefore,

the Court may grant prayer clause – (b) until the next date. Mr. Gawas

seeks atleast four weeks time to file a reply.

2 Accordingly, ad-interim in terms of prayer clause – (b), which

reads as under, is granted :

(b) that pending the hearing and final disposal of the

petition, this Hon’ble Court be pleased to restrain by an
order and injunction the respondent or any one claiming
through him from acting and/or dealing with the Letters
of Administration dated 15.02.2021 granted in
Testamentary Petition No.3148 of 2019.

3 Affidavit in reply to be filed and copy served within four weeks

from today. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and copy served within three weeks

thereafter.

4 Misc. Petition to be listed for hearing after eight weeks.
