Revolt Motors, a start-up that aims to push electric mobility in the two-wheeler space is

founded by Rahul Sharma, also the co-founder of Micromax mobile phones. The company
plans on saving the earth by introducing several bikes with a viable range and class-leading
technologies.

In a bid to provide a clean mobility solution, all Revolt motorcycles are made in a way that it
encourages the consumers to revel in electric mobility and essentially leave no carbon
footprint.

In mid-2019, the Revolt motorcycles India kickstarted their innings by offering two bikes
with a very accessible plan for all kinds of consumers. The first Revolt bikes to enter
production are the RV 400 (sold in two variants) and the RV 300. That said, all latest Revolt
bikes, at the time of launch, are available with either a monthly payment plan or a full-
payment plan. Currently, the start-up has its presence in cities like Delhi and Pune, with a
plan to extend further

. Revolt Motors has entered the Indian motorcycle market with the RV 400 to begin with,
which will be followed up by two more electric products. The electric bikes will be brought
to India via the CKD route but will get a high degree of localisation from the onset. Revolt’s
plans include complete localisation of their products to make prices very competitive. It will
start operations in Delhi first followed by six other cities.

After launching two motorbikes in mid-2019, the Revolt motorcycles India company has
attracted a wide range of customers. Two of the earliest Revolt motorcycles to hit the market
are the RV 400 (available in two versions) and the RV 300 (open in one version). The newest
Revolt bikes are available with a monthly payment plan or a complete payment plan at the
time of their debut. Shortly, the start-up plans to expand to other cities, including Delhi, Pune
and other metropolitan cities.
