Agile Beginner
This curriculum includes self-paced learning on
Agile Principles and Frameworks, key online
resources like the Agile Manifesto and the
AgileDXC Community, and 3 virtual instructor led
courses provided Agile, Scrum and Kanban
overviews.

Agile Intermediate
This curriculum expands on the topics from the
Beginner Curriculum, including managing Agile
Performance, Test Driven Development. It covers
modules on Scrum & Kanban and onsite training for
better understanding of the Scrum Master, Product
Owner roles, Scaled Agile training like certified
Leading SAFe Agilist (SA) classes for Leaders and
hands-on workshops.

Agile Advanced
This curriculum covers virtual Introduction to Agile Scaling module which is an overview of multiple scaling frameworks like Scaled Agile
Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Nexus, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Disciplined Agile DA 2.X and others. Including more onsite
training like certified SAFe for Teams (S4T) classes when implementing Agile at Scale.

Certifications
AgileDXC Arms Communities of Practice put together a list
of current Agile certificates in five certifying institutions
across two dimensions:
• Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
• Roles: Development Team, Scrum Master, Product
Owner, Agile Coach, Leader
You may find certification mapping useful when
understanding different levels and role suitability
recommendations. Be sure to research deeper before
proceeding to any of below, especially trainer background,
practical experience and value added to your specific
context (i.e. Infrastructure, Software, Services).
