Create and infographics about Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, and Corporation. Also discuss how each
business structure do planning and organizing in the organization.

Use Adobe Spark Post or Canva or anything alike in making the infographic.

The size should be Width: 1080px & Height: 1920px or Width: 3.6 inch & Height: 6.4 inch.

Only submit the infographics (the JPEG format). There should be 3 infographics submitted: (1) Sole
Proprietorship, (2) Partnership, and (3) Corporation

The names of the members should be listed in the private comments.

need to know the advantages and disadvantages of each of the different forms of business organization
to make sure you make the right decision for your new business.Planning allows them to determine
their company priorities and how to accomplish them. Managers may also make better or effective
business choices through this method, for example in the efficient and effective distribution of
