Executive Summary

Bubble tap is a dessert food staff where the main product is tapioca that includes the
combination of seasonal fruits with ice cream on top of it, it offers an upgraded form of tapioca
recipes that customers may enjoy and feel their satisfaction after eating tapioca.
Bubble top is located at DEFEMNHS Consolacion, Agoo, La Union. The students, teacher and
others Faculty of the school will be the target customers of the said business. The business was
planned during the month of November and it will be in operation on January 2020.
Bubble tap decided to put up this business because it is new to the target customers
compared to the products of others stalls that exists in school. Bubble tap will create a better
version of tapioca.
We will be gaining more customers to patronize our products by the use of social media and
persuasion in promoting our product. We believe we will be profitable and we will be able to
expand our business in the future.
In operating the business, there are different position that will be assigned to every
members such as managing the general operation of the business, auditing the financial records
and actual operation of the business. Each member of the group will invest 100 pesos to
operate the business will the total amount of 100 pesos. We are seeking for 300 pesos profit
each day.
