1. What is physical fitness?

Answer: For me, it's the state of being physically healthy, away from health risks and

being flexible for every move. Also, it's the state where you don't easily feel tired

when doing such things like exercise because your body is activi enough for that.

2. What are the types of physical fitness components and its sub-components?

Answer: The types of physical fitness components are Cardiovavadcular endurance,

Muscular strenght, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, and Body composition. Then its

sub-components are the Maximal aerobic capacity, Submaximal aerobic capacity,

Blood pressure, Pulmonary function, and Cardiac function.
