 RE.LOAD CELL CALIBRATION WITH VELA AMPLIFIER

At no load:

Press the Button for apporx. 3 seconds. The display indicates the Letter P.1.
Using – (minus) key to select the board set point “P.0”.

Press and hold the key until F80 appears on the display.

Access the function F80 and default it will show dA1 (load cell input type mV).

Access the function F81 and default it will show CAL (I/O activate but awaiting calibration).

Access the function F82 and default it will show SC.

Access the function F85 and select the known weight should be entered in %.
(Known weight: For 50kg 100% then 13 kg 26%. In that time Output voltage 2.6V)

Access the function F86 (zero calibration).Press the key .During calibration time display shows CAL with blinking.
Finally it will show YES. Suppose it will come BAD check the Load cell Connection.

At load:
Access the function F87 and before press the key sample weight should be hanged. During calibration time display
shows CAL with blinking. Finally it will show YES. Suppose it will come BAD check the Load is there or not.

After calibration again go to back:

Access the function F80 and select “AO1”.

Access the function F81 and default it will show ON (I/O activated and ready).

Access the function F82 and select the desired Output mode.

Amplifier Output mode:

U1: 0 to 10V dc
U3:-10 to +10Vdc
I1: 0 to 20mA
I2: 4 to 20mA

Press + key up to F99 then hold the + key up to actual display.
